Cancellation Policy (Services) & Cancellation Form

Consumers have a right of cancellation under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of cancellation online on the website at https://www.sitorix.com/en/revocation-form. If you use this online option, you will promptly receive confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email, including information about the content of the cancellation declaration and the date and time it was received.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us an amount proportionate to the services already provided up to the time you informed us of the exercise of your right of cancellation, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service and only began performing the service after you gave your express consent for us to begin performance of the service and, at the same time, confirmed that you were aware that you would lose your right of cancellation once the contract had been fully performed by us.
